Neal Raymond Hersh is a founding partner of the firm, Hersh Mannis LLP. Mr. Hersh is a graduate of UCLA, received his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law, and in 2016, was the recipient of the prestigious Max Goodman Award. In 2017, an academic scholarship was established in his name. Mr. Hersh is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of California as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Hersh is also a past Chair and current member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Family Law Section, Member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section, California State Bar Family Law Section, Los Angeles County Bar Family Law Section. Mr. Hersh is a Member of the Order of Distinguished Attorneys for the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Mr. Hersh prevailed on three appellate decisions, the most recent, in 2017, in re Marriage of Rothstein.

Mr. Hersh is married and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and traveling. In his spare time, Mr. Hersh also enjoys writing and has written a story which is a comedy relating to family law that has been sold to a major studio, hopefully to be made into a movie in the near future.
