Mr. Gordon is a Partner at Hersh Mannis LLP, bringing a vast range of experience and expertise in complex cases involving dissolution, separation, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property characterization and division, as well as restraining order matters.

Mr. Gordon is equally adept at handling both high-conflict cases involving contentious litigation, and more collaborative cases focusing on mediated solutions. Clients appreciate his empathetic listening skills, calm demeanor, and active pursuit of practical solutions to today’s common and uncommon family law conflicts.

Mr. Gordon joined Hersh Mannis, LLP in December 2005, shortly after being admitted to the California State Bar, having earned his J.D. degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in May of 2005 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Colorado College. In law school, Mr. Gordon was active in student government, including serving as the Student Bar Association President for the 2004-2005 academic year. He was also selected to participate in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program.

Mr. Gordon has been recognized by the independent, peer-rated Southern California’s Super Lawyers for his dedication and contribution to the family law community.

Currently, Mr. Gordon is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Family Law Section and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Section. He is a member of the University of Southern California Young Alumni Association and previously served as its co-chairman from December 2005 through August 2009.

In his spare time, Mr. Gordon enjoys being in the mountains with family and friends skiing, camping, hiking, and ascending peaks.
